Sometimes I wish Anna and Stephen weren’t married so that Bill and Eric can get equal boobage touching. And then I remind myself that that sounds insane and I need to get a life.

Stephen shouldn’t have anything to do with who touches Anna’s boobs. That should rest solely with Anna. If she doesn’t want to, fine, but some of her comments about sex/nude scenes lead me to believe she doesn’t really care. Stephen doesn’t own Anna’s boobs (and I really hate the macho bullshit posturing he does just about every time he comments on Anna’s love scenes with other actors, it’s not funny Steve).
If they’re blocking Anna’s sex scenes just indulge Stephen’s fragile male ego, then they’re all in the wrong.
I think Alex got plenty of boobage in S4. He had to do God knows how many takes of kissing Anna’s breasts in the Episode 6’s moonlight love scene. That must have weird for him as well as for Anna. He had said before that he thinks of Anna as a sister. Stephen is obviously more comfortable with touching Anna’s breasts than Alex since he’s married to her. But frankly, if boob grabbing was necessary for the scene, I do believe that they would all be OK with it. They are professionals, and after 4 years, they trust each other. I don’t think that Stephen goes for Anna’s breast rather than Alex because he’s allowed and Alex isn’t. I think it’s done purposely to show that Bill tends to rush to the good stuff, while Eric takes his time with foreplay. That has been a consistent difference between Bill’s and Eric’s approach to love-making on the show (and in the books).
This!!! I swear in some of the scenes this past season Sookie looked so surprised when there was actually foreplay with Eric. It was like she’d never experienced anything like it in her life!
